Weddings, Photography and Matthew Good

This week is a fairly busy week for me. I am photographing a few friends to get some practice (I think Kasia is up later today), and hopefully one or two aspiring models at the end of this week. I also have to go buy a new 70-200mm f/2.8L lens sometime and get my suit dry-cleaned for a wedding I have to go to this weekend. Unfortunately, I’m dateless for this upcoming wedding, which kind of sucks considering I’ll undoubtedly be sitting at a table full of couples. Oh well.

Also, on Thursday night is Matthew Good’s Vancouver concert from his “Nothing to Hide” acoustic tour. It opened last night in Victoria, and not surprisingly, was apparently pretty wicked. You can read a review of it here from a Victoria columnist.

I’m going to be sitting with Rebecca and John somewhere in the middle section and listening to a few hours of music.

Should be a good week.
