I was over at Rebecca’s site earlier this morning and found out that they’ve announced all the nominations for the 2008 Juno Awards. Of note is Matthew Good, who’s latest album, Hospital Music, was nominated for “Best Rock Album”. In addition, the first single from the album, “Born Losers”, will be featured on the compilation CD (thanks to Rebecca for pointing that out).
The Junos take place in Calgary on April 6th (the day before my 31st birthday - I’m getting old).
Congrats Matt, it’s well deserved.
We could totally have a Juno party :-P
