As Matt recently indicated, there will be a developer day on the Sunday after WordCamp San Francisco down at the Automattic offices on Pier 38. Should be a good time — I’m looking forward to meeting some other developers. Hopefully the hangover won’t be too bad that day.
Unlike last year, I actually scheduled a bit of breathing room this trip, so I’ll have time to check out the event and also catch a few sights in the Bay Area.
When I was down in San Jose, we stopped off at Pier 38 (thats the touristy one right?)
It was cool to see Alcatraz, too bad we didnt have time to go see it up close. We had a few hours to kill while we waited to catch our plane back to Vancouver so we thought we’d hit at least that part of San Fran. I’d love to see more of the city though.
Hopefully I’ll have a chance to check it out on Sunday before I head home that afternoon.
