WordPress
I first started playing around with WordPress back in 2007. Prior to that year, I had a custom blog-engine on this site that was pretty much a complete pain to add functionality to. At the advice of a friend I installed WordPress and never looked back.
In 2009 I co-founded a WordPress-centric web design and development company called BraveNewCode. Our flagship plugin, WPtouch, was voted the #1 plugin for WordPress in 2009 at the main San Francisco WordPress event. Since then we have developed a professional version of WPtouch known as WPtouch Pro, Piggy, and also WordTwit Pro.
