   Well, one could argue that the cost of doing nothing is more than the cost of actually trying to do something about it. That being said, the US could always tap into some of the 515 billion dollars that they currently spend on defense each year.

   One could also argue that we are flat broke and the only way we pay for anything is by printing more money, which ultimately leads to a far greater disaster…
