I’m trying to include some stats in my WordCamp Portland presentation. I was hoping everyone who reads this might be able to answer a few questions (please only vote for the topics that are relevant to you):

Based on the results from this, I might ask a few more questions. Thanks everyone.
For a mobile theme, I’m using MobilePress because it interacts so well with Super Cache.
The fascinating thing to me is that the majority seems to favor using a mobile theme on their phone, but the number of mobile sites does not match this preference.
That’s a good observation. Will touch on that at WordCamp Portland, @wcpdx on Twitter.
In fact, I might use your comment as is on a slide.
Please feel free to use my comment. I wish I could be there this year, but I have a prior commitment…
WPTouch is fantastic. Just what I was looking for.
Hey Mike, did you just hear about WPtouch now? Just curious.
For me, it’s been more of an issue do you spend more time creating and developing for your primary site, or a mobile site. I don’t currently see the mobile side being a constant stream of users and content providing. Within each priority contains specific maintenance tasks with overall mobile themes and content should be better integrated in to the overall primary site.
Well, with something like WPtouch, you can simply enable it and you get a mobile site out of the box for essentially free. I’m posting some fairly compelling statistics at WordCamp PDX, so check it out. I believe there’s a live stream.
For the record, just being reminded by your questions was enough impetus to get me started installing a mobile theme option. so thank you 🙂
Going to install WPtouch for my blogs right away.
As per my vote, I tend to stick to sites that have mobile themes as I don’t have a data plan on my mobile contract that gives me unlimited data – as soon as I see that a web version is being loaded, I hit the cancel button.
I use the Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin – well I would as I wrote it! 🙂 Have you taken a look at it at all? I know you’ve got your own mobile plugin but it’s always good to get feedback!
