Tush Lingerie Charity Fundraiser at Sanafir – Roberta Cheema

Last modified on February 5th, 2008

This Thursday, I’ll be photographing a charity fundraiser down at the Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge in Vancouver. The event is put on by local fashion designer Roberta Cheema from Tush, and will consist of swimwear and lingeree.

I’ve spent a bit of time hanging out and getting to know Roberta, and she’s really a dedicated person with a real passion for design.

It’s what underneath that counts – hot spot’s upscale swimwear and undergarment fashion show fundraiser – February 7

Join host MC Musician and Funny Man Rick Baker at the sophisticated and imaginative Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge for a red-carpet evening of cocktails, canapés and a captivating fashion show. Four men and 12 women will walk the runway sporting the latest swimwear and undergarments featuring Fun Fantasy Tush wear by Roberta Lee Designs and designer Roberta Cheema.

There are only 130 seats available for this event. Please reserve your spot by calling Sanafir General Manager Anthony Pratt at 604.687.1049. Pick up tickets prior to the event at Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge. VVIP seating is available.

You can read more about the event here. Tickets are $100, and the proceeds will be going to the Aboriginal Mother Center Society. I’ll be sure to post a pile of photos from the event, and will also post some more information on Urban Vancouver.

In other interesting news, I’m somehow the number one website that shows up when you do a Google image search for Heroe’s Kirsten Bell. The image was in that entry I did about the hottest girls from 2007.

Lingerie from “Tush”? It looks more like lingerie from Stitches or Bootlegger. I’ll pass and keep my Victoria’s Secret collection.

  2. Duane Storey says:

It’s not all lingerie. Some of it is evening wear, and some is swim wear.

  3. Jessica says:

Tush is accually all I wear.

  4. I admire the time and effort you add into your blog. I wish I had the same drive 🙂
