My Three Week Tour of North America

Canada

In just three days, I’ll be heading to the airport again on what will undoubtedly be a great tour of North America. I’m meeting Luciana in Toronto, and her and I will slowly make our way via train to Québec City. From there we are going to head back to Ottawa for a weekend, then off to Banff, Lake Louise and hopefully Jasper. After a brief stop in Vancouver, we’re going to head down to San Francisco for some San Francisco Giants baseball action, and hopefully a few winery tours. Many of the places we are heading to are places I haven’t spent much time in. Summer Time Camping

 Journal

Since I have a few close friends out by Calgary I’m debating taking a week off in July and camping up around Banff. I did the same thing last year, but didn’t really have that much time to kill. […]

I woke up in a hotel in Invermere, BC, at around 9am, seriously hungover and in a hurry to get back to Vancouver. I really wasn’t looking forward to the nearly ten hour drive to get back, especially considering that I have to work again in the morning. I had a really cool time in the Rockies. I left Wednesday and made it as far as Golden BC the first night. Camping there wasn’t very restful since there was a train track right beside where my tent was pitched. In the morning, I drove to Banff and set my tent up there for the night. Right before I left for the Rockies, and old friend of mine from elementary school dropped me a note […]
